Duties and Key Responsibilities Manage busy calendars, including scheduling meetings across multiple time zones Coordinate complex travel arrangements and itineraries Process expenses and reimbursements using internal systems Prepare for and support meetings with documents, logistics, and communication Handle sensitive information and documents with confidentiality and discretion Assist with internal projects and one-off initiatives Build strong relationships across teams and with external stakeholders Anticipate and resolve administrative challenges proactively Skills and Experience The ideal candidate is an experienced, proactive Executive Assistant with a background in fast-paced environments such as finance or professional services.
