We are seeking a Care Intake Coordinator to join our team at our Southbank office in Melbourneon a fixed term basis, acting as the first point of contact for prospective residents and families and guiding them through the aged care journey with empathy and clarity. This is a pivotal, customer facing role responsible for managing care enquiries from initial contact through to handover, ensuring a smooth and timely path to admission. As Care Intake Coordinator, you will work closely with Village Managers and care teams to ensure leads are well qualified, prioritised, and progressed to support occupancy outcomes. This is a full time, fixed term position through to the end of March 2027, with potential for extension or to become permanent. Key responsibilities include: Respond promptly and compassionately to inbound care enquiries via phone, email, and referral channels, ensuring service levels are consistently met Engage with prospective residents and families to understand care needs, timelines, and preferences, guiding them through each stage of the care journey Qualify and prioritise leads based on care type, urgency, and suitability, capturing accurate information to inform next steps Manage and progress care leads through the pipeline, maintaining consistent follow up and re engaging where appropriate to support occupancy outcomes Maintain accurate records in Salesforce, ensuring all interactions, lead statuses, and handovers are clearly documented What's in it for you?
