This role is ideal for someone who loves variety, thrives in a dynamic environment, and wants to play a pivotal part in both operations and bidding support. About the role Working closely with the State Leader and National Operations Manager, the Office Manager will be the backbone of the Melbourne office. You’ll ensure everything runs smoothly - from suppliers, IT and facilities, through to events, client service and general administration. A key part of the role will also involve supporting the bidding process, assisting with the preparation and coordination of tender submissions. Key responsibilities include: Overseeing day-to-day operations including suppliers, WH&S, budgeting, and office administration. Being the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience. Supporting marketing and business development with bids — formatting documents, collating information, and meeting submission deadlines. Coordinating meetings, events, travel, and office projects with efficiency and attention to detail. Acting as the go-to person for staff, ensuring the office environment runs seamlessly. About you We are seeking a proactive, organised and approachable professional who can bring structure and energy to the role. You’ll have: Proven experience in office management, operations, or senior administration. Strong organisational and multitasking skills. High attention to detail, especially with documents and deadlines. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach. Proficiency with MS Office and confidence in supporting IT and office systems. Flexibility to adapt, take initiative and step into different areas of responsibility when needed. Why this role?
