Description We currently have an opportunity for a Quality Auditor to join our Government and Integrated Facilities Management team and play a key role in strengthening audit integrity and ensuring high‑quality service delivery across our contract operations. Reporting to the Assurance and Service Delivery Partner (SDP) Manager, you’ll help deliver high‑quality outcomes that support our essential services. Please note this role can be located in either Kingsgrove or Wollongong. What You’ll Do This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including: Conduct desktop audits of work orders, subcontractor claims, inspection documentation, and associated evidence to ensure compliance with contractual and statutory requirements. Review inspection records (pre‑inspection, WIP, post‑inspection, completion) and validate evidence submitted by On‑Site Auditors and subcontractors. Prepare and present Monthly Inspection & Auditing Reports, including insights, trends, and improvement recommendations. Investigate Zero Harm, Code of Conduct, and environmental incidents, ensuring timely reporting, distribution, and follow‑up actions to completion. Support continuous improvement through identifying non‑conformance trends, maintaining audit registers, and assisting with process updates and compliance training. What You’ll Bring Experience in auditing, compliance, or assurance within service delivery, asset maintenance, or housing environments. Strong analytical capability, attention to detail, and the confidence to interpret complex compliance information. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and government partners. Strong computer literacy, including comfort with formal report writing and digital audit systems. Understanding of governance, compliance frameworks, and KPI structures.
