Site Manager High-End Residential | $6-8M Coastal Projects | Exclusive Opportunity About the Company I am working exclusively with a highly respected high-end residential builder to appoint a strong Site Manager to join their growing team. This builder specialises in complex, architecturally designed luxury homes across Sydney's coastline, with three new projects commencing this year ranging from $6-8M. They are known for quality craftsmanship, strong client relationships and operational excellence. With a collaborative leadership team and a clear pipeline of premium projects, this is an opportunity to join a builder that values professionalism, accountability and long-term growth. About the Role / Duties This role requires a highly experienced, well-rounded Site Manager who can confidently run a project end-to-end. You will take ownership of one of three complex coastal builds and be responsible for driving programme, quality and safety on site. Key responsibilities include: Managing the full construction programme from excavation through to defect completion Overseeing excavation, concrete, set out, structure and finishes Owning and driving the construction programme Coordinating and managing trades and subcontractors Ensuring high-quality workmanship across all stages Managing budgets, variations and reporting Liaising directly with clients, consultants and suppliers Leading site meetings and maintaining clear communication with the Project Manager Driving site safety and compliance This role is suited to someone who can run it all from groundworks through to handover and takes pride in delivering high-end outcomes.
