We are currently seeking an Accounts Officer to join our collaborative finance team based at our North Ryde Support Office. Key Responsibilities: Accounts Receivable (AR) Allocate AR payments accurately and timely. Post entries to the Cash Receipts Journal. Maintain and update the Daily Allocation File. Manage and update the Collection Bible. Process client refunds and staff debt reconciliations. Accounts Payable (AP) Process supplier invoices and ensure timely payments. Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies. Manage the AP email inbox and respond to supplier queries. Prepare and process supplier payment runs. Handle intercompany transactions and reconciliations. Banking & Reconciliations Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations. Assist in cash flow forecasting and reporting. Reconcile credit card transactions and ensure proper coding. General Accounting Prepare payment summaries and support month-end close. Process and review expense reimbursements. About You We are looking for a motivated and professional team player with: An Accounting/Finance based degree 2 years’ experience in a similar role. A solid understanding of AR/AP processes and reconciliations. Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced). Experience with accounting software – MS Dynamics Business Central highly regarded. High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Why Join SASH?
