The opportunity: CSR are seeking a motivated Accounts Receivable / Credit Officer to join our team in North Ryde and support the effective management of the regional debtor ledger. This role is integral to ensuring timely payment collection, resolving customer account issues, and supporting the financial health of the business. As a key member of the Credit team, you'll work closely with the Credit Manager, Account Managers, and internal stakeholders to maintain strong customer relationships while achieving targets for overdue debt reduction and credit control. Key Responsibilities Obtain payment of accounts within agreed trading terms. Ensure arrears are identified and collected promptly. Resolve customer account issues professionally and efficiently. Support the resolution of customer claims within the region. In consultation with the Credit Manager and Account Manager, refer delinquent accounts to the Senior Debt Recovery Specialist for external collection. Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date customer master data and record all customer interactions. Assist with credit limit increases for existing customers within delegated authority. Ensure all decisions and actions align with approved credit delegations. About You: Experience using SAP preferred. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence positive outcomes. Demonstrated experience building strong internal and external working relationships. High attention to detail, accuracy, and an organised approach to work.
