Senior Accounts Payable Officer - 18‑Month FTC Richmond | 1 day WFH | Excellent Benefits & Learning Development We're partnering with a leading organisation in the FMCG/retail space to recruit a Senior Accounts Payable Officer for an 18‑month fixed‑term contract. This is a fantastic role for someone who enjoys a mix of technical AP work, problem solving, and collaboration across the business. You'll be joining a high‑performing finance team, taking ownership of a busy AP function with exposure to international suppliers, inventory, warehousing, and a complex ERP environment. What you'll be doing: End‑to‑end Accounts Payable across high‑volume suppliers Managing FX invoices and international vendor payments Working closely with inventory teams and warehouses to resolve discrepancies Handling GRNI / pre‑payment of stock and reconciling stock‑related transactions Supporting system testing, process improvements, and updates in a large ERP Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders across supply chain, finance, and operations Assisting and stepping in for the AP Team Lead when needed Ensuring accurate month‑end cut‑offs, accruals, and reporting What we're looking for: Strong end‑to‑end AP experience in a complex environment Experience working with FX, stock/inventory invoicing and GRNI Comfortable working with warehouses, supply chain, and internal stakeholders Excellent communication skills - able to explain issues and collaborate effectively Experience in a large ERP (SAP, Oracle, D365, JDE or similar) Someone proactive, organised, and confident managing competing priorities Ability to step up and support leadership when required What's on offer: Excellent salary package additional benefits Hybrid working arrangement Supportive and collaborative AP team Learning and development opportunities Exposure to system improvement and testing Chance to step into broader responsibilities and leadership cover A stable 18‑month FTC with a reputable organisation Apply Now
