ABOUT THE ROLE: Assist with the monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations. Assist with the processing of monthly journals, accruals and prepayments as required. Preparation of the monthly BAS requirements ready for checking and submitting by Financial Controller. Assist in the preparation and lodgement of annual FBT returns. In conjunction with Financial Controller, assist with the credit application process for all new customers and create details in MYOB Advanced. End to end Accounts Payable. YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: The ideal candidate will be someone with a certificate in bookkeeping or an accounting degree. The role will be looking for someone that has not yet started CPA or is at the very early stages. Excellent written and spoken communication. Strong excel skills. At least 1 years' experience in a general bookkeeping or accounts role. Knowledge of month end processes: accruals, pre payments, profit and loss statements, balance sheets, bank reconciliations.
