This is a hands-on role covering the full employee cycle, payroll processing, HR processes and organisational objectives. Description Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee records Process end-to-end payroll accurately and on time for salaried and hourly employees Respond to payroll queries from employees and managers in a timely and professional manner. Maintain accurate HR documentation, policies, and systems Provide first-level HR advice and support to employees and managers Assist with employment changes, performance documentation, and employee lifecycle processes Assist with HR reporting and data management Support workforce planning, rostering, and employment data analysis as required. Profile 2-3 years' experience in HR Experience with payroll processes and legislation Exposure with blue-collar environment Highly proactive, eager, and comfortable taking ownership Strong organisational and time-management skills Strong organisational skills with attention to detail Confident communicator with a collaborative mindset Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment Job Offer Competitive salary range of AUD 90,000 to AUD 110,000.
