Job Description Develop and lead the financial planning and budgeting process. Prepare and analyse financial reports to support strategic decision-making. Monitor and evaluate key financial metrics, ensuring accurate forecasting. Collaborate with all departments to provide financial insights and business recommendations. Support the leadership team with scenario modelling and ad-hoc requests. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies. Identify opportunities for process improvements within financial operations. Leadership of one financial analyst. The Successful Applicant A successful FP&A Manager will be able to demostrate: Relevant tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience in financial planning and analysis. Experience in SAP or other large scale ERPs. Proficiency in financial modelling and reporting software. A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Professional certification (e.g., CPA or CA) is highly regarded.
