Established AFSL with robust advice & compliance frameworks Strong internal referral flow from Wealth Advisers Dedicated insurance paraplanner admin support Clear KPI structure tied directly to revenue outcomes Hybrid working across Sydney CBD / Parramatta The Role - Senior Insurance Advise r Existing Client Book You will lead the insurance advice function , delivering compliant, high-quality advice across new and existing clients. Key responsibilities: Deliver personal insurance advice (risk, structuring, optimisation) Run client meetings, strategy design and recommendations Convert existing advice clients into insurance strategies Drive new business via referrals, accountants and internal advisers Achieve agreed revenue, compliance and client satisfaction targets Act as a technical mentor within the advice team About You RG146 qualified (minimum) FASEA compliant (exam completed) 3 years’ experience providing insurance advice Strong Xplan capability Confident managing complex client scenarios Comfortable operating in a self-licensed AFSL environment Most importantly you are passionate about Insurance. Remuneration Commencing salary package on offer $160k, plus superannuation and a highly achievable bonus, uncapped, and directly linked to revenues.
