This highly successful, global provider of medical devices presents with an impressive portfolio of specialty devices across Vascular Access, Interventional Cardiology, Anaesthesia, Urology & Surgical and they are seeking a Head of Supply Chain Manager to lead their highly successful Supply Chain division. With three direct reports and a team of six, the ANZ Head of Supply Chain Manager, is responsible for leading, directing and managing the Demand / Supply Planning, Logistics & Distribution by building and implementing best in class supply chain. Reporting into the APAC Director, Global Supply Chain and a dotted line reporting into the ANZ General Manager the following career expertise is sought; - 10 years progressive tenured career experience in Supply Chain Management (including supply / demand planning, logistics & distribution). - People management / leadership of SC team in medical device / consumables market. - Well established, strong working relationships with 3PL providers. - Extensive internal key stakeholder engagement including Finance, Customer Service, Commercial (sales) and Quality / Reg Affairs. - Strategic planning for acquired integrations and divestments. - SAP experience ideally ECC6 and/or S/4HANA, along with previous experience in SAP implementation. - Ideally this career experience will be matched with tertiary education (Masters or Bachelor) in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or Business. A generous base salary 12% super car allowance bonus & tools of trade will be rewarded to the successful applicant.
