An iconic Australian lifestyle brand, globally recognised for its bold design, summer aesthetic and category-leading outdoor products, is seeking a Head of Operations & Logistics to lead its end-to-end operational engine. With strong international wholesale, eCommerce and marketplace growth, this role will take full ownership of global supply chain execution, logistics performance, 3PL management and operational scalability. This is a commercially critical leadership role for someone who understands seasonal product cycles, international distribution complexity and the pace of modern retail. The Role You will lead operations across sourcing interface, inventory planning, warehousing, global freight and distribution - ensuring product lands on time, in full, and profitably across multiple markets. Key responsibilities include: Own end-to-end operations & logistics strategy across wholesale, DTC and global distributors Lead and optimise global 3PL partnerships (Australia, US, Europe and beyond) Manage freight strategy (sea, air, domestic), landed cost modelling and margin protection Drive OTIF, fulfilment accuracy and SLA performance improvements Oversee inventory planning alignment with Sales & Merchandise teams Lead S&OP process to ensure forecast accuracy and working capital efficiency Improve systems integration across ERP, WMS and inventory platforms Identify automation and process optimisation opportunities Manage operational budgets and cost-to-serve performance Mitigate supply chain risk across global supplier and logistics networks Support international expansion and peak seasonal scaling You will sit at the intersection of commercial, product and finance - ensuring operational excellence supports brand growth. What We’re Looking For 8–12 years senior operations/logistics leadership experience Strong exposure to global freight, container management and landed cost control Experience managing seasonal product cycles and high-volume peak periods Deep knowledge of 3PL selection, contract negotiation and performance management Proven ability to reduce operational cost while improving service levels Strong ERP / WMS systems exposure Commercially minded with P&L and margin impact understanding Experience within lifestyle, consumer goods, hardgoods, apparel or seasonal retail highly regarded Calm, solutions-focused leader who thrives in fast-paced environments Why This Role?
