Recruitment are seeking an experienced Logistics Supervisor to join a dynamic operations team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills to oversee warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and exceptional service delivery. Key Responsibilities can include: Oversee and coordinate daily logistics and warehouse operations. Schedule and supervise staff to ensure smooth workflow and productivity. Support operational managers to achieve performance targets and budgets. Ensure compliance with OH&S, quality, inventory, and customer service standards. Prepare and submit timely operational reports to corporate management. Key Requirements: 3 years’ supervisory experience in 3PL, logistics, or manufacturing industries. Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to multi-task and problem-solve under pressure. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Current forklift licence (LF) is essential. Possession of a HR licence is a bonus but not essential.
