Key Responsibilities Deliver high‑quality surveying services across a wide range of land development, cadastral, engineering, 3D scanning, and aerial/UAV projects Manage and plan your own fieldwork while contributing to larger project timeframes Process, validate, and reduce survey data using industry‑standard software Prepare plans, reports, and documentation for cadastral, civil, and development projects Collaborate with project managers, senior surveyors, clients, contractors, and consultants Contribute to big ideas, technical innovation, and continuous improvement within the team What You'll Bring 5 years’ experience in field surveying, cadastral, 3D scanning, aerial/UAV surveying, or related disciplines Strong technical skills using modern equipment and software (e.g. Trimble, TBC, 12d, AutoCAD/BricsCAD) Tertiary qualifications in Surveying, Spatial Science, or a related discipline (Degree or Diploma) – highly regarded Registration with the Surveyors Board of Queensland - highly regarded A proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering quality work Valid Queensland driver’s licence (required) and Construction White Card Legal right to live and work in Australia A genuine passion for the industry and working on outdoor, hands‑on projects Why Therefor Group At Therefor Group, your growth and success truly matter.
