Land Surveyor - Regional QLD $90,000-$110,000 Super / Vehicle / OT / Equipment Suitable for 491 regional work visa holders / long-term visa holders Cadastral Projects Planned Resources is seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to join our client, a well-established consulting firm with a strong presence in regional Brisbane and regional areas of Queensland. As an experienced surveyor at our client's firm, you'll be a key member of a dynamic team, bringing your expertise and insights to bear on various cadastral survey projects. With a minimum of 4 years of experience in land surveying, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the success and accuracy of our projects from inception to completion. We are happy to consider land surveyors who may have just arrived in QLD, who are on Regional work only Visas. About the Land Surveyor Role Conduct cadastral surveys and land title investigations in compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Complete data processing both in the field and back at home. Prepare accurate survey plans, cadastral maps, and legal descriptions for land parcels. Utilise advanced surveying technology and tools to ensure precision and efficiency in cadastral surveying activities. Maintain meticulous records and documentation of survey data and findings. Land Surveyor Skills and Experience Minimum of 4 years' experience in land surveying. Degree or diploma in surveying, geomatics, or related field. Proficiency with surveying software and equipment.
