About the Experienced Land Surveyor Role Conduct cadastral surveys and title investigations in compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Prepare accurate survey plans, cadastral maps, and legal descriptions for land parcels. Collaborate with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders to resolve boundary disputes and provide expert advice on land matters. Using advanced surveying technology and tools to ensure precision and efficiency in cadastral surveying activities. Maintain meticulous records and documentation of survey data and findings. Experienced Land Surveyor Skills and Experience Minimum of 8 years of experience working as a Cadastral Surveyor Tertiary qualified and open to a blend of field and office work, acting as a project manager. OR; Degree qualified and open to entering into a PTA, or already in one. Proficiency in surveying software and equipment. Strong understanding of cadastral principles, land surveying laws, and regulations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
