They specialise in the delivery of commercial build, refurbishment and fit-out projects up to $20m in value. This role has a clear pathway for progression to Project Management including a well structured learning and development environment. Client Details Our client is a mid tier head contractor who deliver commercial new build, fit-out and refurbishment projects up to $20m in value. The vast majority of their work is with repeat clients and as such they are well positioned to grow in 2026 and 2027. As such they are looking to add a Contracts Administrator to their team. This is an ongoing, long term position close to Brisbane CBD. Description Key responsibilities will include: Writing scopes of works Negotiating and letting sub-contracts Monthly cost reporting Administering variations Profile Selection Selection criteria will include: Proven track record in a similar role delivering building and construction projects High level of computer literacy Experience with modern construction software systems e.g. Jobpac, Cheops, Procore, etc. Excellent interpersonal skills On offer: A competitive salary, expected to be in the range of $120-150k super Opportunity to progress to Project Management within the next 18-24 months Stable team and financially strong employer
