Job Overview The CRM Web Developer is responsible for developing, enhancing, and supporting Trilogy’s Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform, Power Platform solutions, and related integrations. This role will work across new project delivery and ongoing operational support, ensuring high‑quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions. This role will be supporting multiple business units and working within our suite of dynamics 365 applications including: Key Skills Design, develop and maintain solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Build and customise CRM entities, forms, views, dashboards, and model‑driven apps Develop and maintain CRM plugins, custom workflow activities, and JavaScript form logic Support and enhance existing Dynamics modules including Sales, Customer Service, and any Trilogy-specific custom modules. Development of custom solutions using Dynamics 365 and Azure Development in the Microsoft 365 power platform Demonstrated experience and high competency with CRM form programming (Javascript) Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services Azure integrations and APIs Ability to write and query SQL databases Great Documentation and Verbal communication Skills with the ability Write technical specifications and technical design documentation Previous experience in integrating Business Central using APIs and web services. Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), Entra ID, Azure DevOps and Azure Services Troubleshoot platform issues, identify root causes, and deliver effective resolutions. Contribute to ongoing improvement of CRM platform stability, performance, and user experience. Maintain excellent documentation including design specs, solution docs, and deployment notes.
