As a Junior Export Controls Officer, you will support major national and international programs by managing export control licensing processes. Working under the guidance of the Export Controls Manager, you’ll liaise with internal stakeholders and government agencies to ensure timely and accurate licensing for project deliverables. This role plays an integral part in the growth and evolution of the Global Trade & Compliance (GTC) function at Electro Optic Systems. It supports essential activities required to maintain compliance with Australian export controls and international licensing obligations. Working closely with the Export Controls Manager, you will help collate, maintain and manage key records, documentation and licensing registers. Job Description Key Responsibilities Coordinate with the Export Controls Manager for records keeping and documenting relevant business information for national and international licensing Provide support to the Export Controls Manager for liaison with key internal and external stakeholders for national and international licencing actions Administration tasks to ensure key stakeholders are informed of the status of in-place licences and permits Administer and maintain EOS Group records for licensing actions Other relevant duties as assigned by the Export Controls Manager Desired Skills and Experience What We’re Looking For Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
