Job Overview The Front‑End Web Developer is responsible for designing, building, and enhancing user interfaces and customer‑facing experiences within Microsoft Power Pages, PowerApps and SharePoint Online supporting platform evolution, and delivering high‑quality front‑end development for internal and external digital touchpoints. Key Skills Build and enhance front‑end interfaces using Microsoft Power Pages, ensuring responsive, accessible, and user‑friendly experiences. Implement custom UI components and interactions using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and (where applicable) React or similar frameworks Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to translate UI/UX requirements into functional Power Pages components. Develop clean, scalable, maintainable front‑end code following industry standards. Build and maintain workflows using Power Automate to support front‑end functionality, data capture, user onboarding, notifications, and broader business operations. Collaborate with CRM and Power Apps developers to ensure seamless data flow between Power Pages, Dataverse, and Dynamics 365. Assist with ongoing enhancements, bug fixes, and user support for the Power Pages platform. Contribute to the backlog related to UI improvements, new features, and optimisation work. Requirements Strong experience with: - JavaScript (ES6) - HTML5 / CSS3, responsive frameworks - Power Pages / Power Apps / Power Automate - Experience creating UI components, styling frameworks, and implementing design systems. - Familiarity with front‑end frameworks such as React , particularly in contexts where Power Pages requires UI extension. Understanding of Dataverse data structures and Power Platform architecture. - Ability to work collaboratively with business stakeholders, CRM developers, and UX resources. Desirable Skills; - Experience with Power Apps (Canvas / Model‑Driven Apps). Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
