This is a Administrative Assistant, Finance & Restructuring role with Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer based in Sydney, NSW, AU Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer Role Seniority - junior More about the Administrative Assistant, Finance & Restructuring role at Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our market leading Finance and Restructuring practice on an 18-month maximum term contract. Working closely with Legal Assistants in the practice, you will be supported to develop your administration skills and propel your professional services career within a global top-tier law environment. The working hours for this role are 9am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday and this role is 5 days in the office. Note: We're not currently considering university students for this role. What you'll do Delivering high quality administrative support to the practice, managing competing priorities and requests from multiple stakeholders. Providing support to the practice group such as dealing with incoming mail, expense management, booking meeting rooms, amending documents and any other administrative duties Scanning, printing, or photocopying relevant documents as and when required by the relevant practice group support colleague or lawyer Assisting the support team with matter management, time recording and monthly invoicing. Supporting the team in business development activities, including assistance with organising and managing client and team events. What you'll bring Previous experience in an administration or customer service role is preferred but not required. A can-do-attitude and passion for working collaboratively. Sound knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Strong time management and organisational skills with proven ability to prioritise your time across several busy tasks Well-developed written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
