Job Description Join our team as an Maintenance Coordinator and play a key role in keeping hotel operations running smoothly. This part-time position supports the Engineering Department through coordination, communication, and administration to ensure maintenance requests, room readiness, and operational needs are handled efficiently and to the highest standards. What You’ll Do Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and Engineering to ensure rooms are guest-ready and meet brand standards. Monitor room status and maintenance issues, arranging urgent repairs as needed. Manage engineering work requests through the ENG system, ensuring timely follow-up and completion. Act as a key contact for the Engineering office, supporting internal teams and contractors. Maintain accurate records, including contractor documents, compliance certificates, and maintenance logs. Process invoices and assist with procurement, stock control, and inventory of engineering supplies. Support contractor coordination, preventative maintenance programs, and asset management. Ensure compliance with safety, security, and sustainability standards.
