This is a front‑facing role suited to a confident, experienced Facilities Management leader who thrives in fast‑moving environments, brings strong commercial awareness, and can maintain service excellence while balancing competing priorities. Initially Brisbane‑based, the portfolio and scope will expand over time. Eligibility for NV1 Security Clearance is essential. Your Role Reporting to the National Operations Manager, you will act as the primary client interface while leading operational delivery across key sites. You will ensure facilities services are delivered to a professional standard, aligned with contractual obligations, budgets and customer expectations. You will be responsible for: Providing clear leadership to site teams and contractors to drive best‑practice FM outcomes Maintaining high service delivery standards while driving efficiency gains Managing asset performance through lifecycle planning and proactive maintenance Overseeing reporting and CAFM/CMMS systems, such as Urbanise, MEX, Maximo or similar. Tracking and reporting FM outcomes against SLAs, KPIs, budgets and maintenance plans Maintaining strong commercial awareness in all decisions and actions Managing minor capital works and reducing reactive maintenance risk Building effective working relationships with senior client stakeholders and leaders Your Profile You are a seasoned Facilities Manager known for your calm, unflustered leadership style, strong customer focus and ability to prioritise in ever‑changing environments. Along with a degree in Facilities Management, Engineering or related discipline you will bring: 8 years’ experience in Facilities or Building Management Strong professional client interaction & stakeholder management skills Sound commercial and financial acumen within service‑based contracts Proven ability to lead teams and subcontractors to high standards Experience tracking performance and driving continuous improvement Experience managing complex or multi‑site portfolios Willingness to travel as the role and portfolio evolve CAFM/CMMS systems, such as Urbanise, MEX, Maximo or similar.
