Our CB30 team manages portfolios with turnover between $3m and $30m across diverse industries. In this role, you will: Lead and empower your team to deliver high‑quality credit outcomes, building capability across commercial lending, credit, policy and risk. Contribute to portfolio strategy, pipeline planning and commercial decision‑making at leadership team level. Support customer engagement through meetings that shape deal structures, credit outcomes and trusted relationships. Oversee end‑to‑end workflow across applications, reviews and expired facilities, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and strong customer experiences. Champion a strong risk culture and continuous improvement, applying commercial insight across people, processes and portfolio performance. What we’re looking for Strong understanding of commercial lending, credit assessment and business banking products. Commercial acumen, with confidence engaging customers and influencing outcomes. Ability to build trusted relationships and collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Experience in financial services, ideally in customer‑facing or sales environments.
