About the Role The Credit Origination Coordinator is primarily responsible for assisting with the management of the credit origination functions, coordinating operation of the respective team members to achieve business strategies and ensuring optimal credit quality and effective lending controls are in line with the organisations risk appetite statement and the prudential guidelines. This is a full time salaried position based on a minimum 38 hour working week. About You Tertiary education in a relevant field Demonstrated experience originating and/or approving credit transactions within regulated and unregulated segments Ability to perform detailed credit analysis Understanding of relevant legislation and APRA’s prudential framework Demonstrated ability managing and adapting through change Previous experience in a senior or leadership position highly desirable About Us Put simply, we are a bank that has a distinct purpose of helping Queenslanders live better lives through better finances.
