As a Personal Banker, you will be responsible for representing Beyond Bank Australia’s core values and delivering an exceptional customer experience that aligns with our Customer Ownership Strategy. You will play a key role in building strong relationships with our members, providing tailored banking solutions, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to care, integrity, and community. In addition to delivering outstanding service, you will be focused on achieving individual performance targets that contribute to the overall success of the branch. In the role you will Provide a local member owned banking experience to new and existing customers Proactively connect member needs to Beyond Bank’s offerings through excellent listening skills Manage general enquiries and provide sound advice and information to our members Contribute to a high achieving team environment with your commitment to success and strong work ethic Manage member bank accounts, including opening, closing, and overseeing transactions Collaborate with specialists in the business to deliver the best solution for the member Support members by providing lending solutions, such as personal loans, credit cards and home loans, ensuring members fully understand Beyond Bank’s product features and benefits, fees, charges, and the overall value these offerings provide
