About the Role Join Melbourne’s fast-growing Risk Advisory Services team as an Assistant Manager. You’ll work closely with Partners and senior leaders to help clients navigate risk, governance and assurance challenges in a dynamic environment. About the Team BDO’s Risk Advisory team delivers contemporary risk solutions that help clients respond to change and complexity with confidence. Our services include internal audit, enterprise risk management, governance and board effectiveness, transformation risk and assurance, IT audit and risk, cyber governance, risk and compliance, AI risk and governance, and compliance. Key Responsibilities Deliver risk advisory engagements under the guidance of Managers, Directors and Partners Lead components of client projects, including fieldwork, analysis and reporting Build effective working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders Prepare high-quality, client-ready reports and deliverables Work to agreed budgets and timelines Coach and support junior team members as part of a collaborative team culture About You Experience in a risk advisory, assurance or related role (practice or industry) Relevant tertiary qualification; professional certifications are highly regarded (CA, CPA, CIA, CISA, PRINCE2 etc.) Experience in internal audit, risk assessments, governance or IT/cyber risk reviews Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder engagement skills A people-centric mindset with a passion for high-quality client outcomes Please note: we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role.
