The important parts: Pay: $54–$58 per hour Super | ⏳ Duration: 12-month contract (potential for extension) Hours: Monday–Friday, rotating roster between 8:00am–6:00pm | 38 hrs per week What you will be required to do: Support the day-to-day operation of the CMS Helpdesk, ensuring timely resolution of user issues, accurate data handling, and continuous system improvement while working with a high level of autonomy and judgement.
