You will hold Line 1 accountability for capital, liquidity and balance sheet risk management activities and provide forward‑looking insights that support informed decision making across the Bank. Your key responsibilities will include: Lead the development and delivery of the Bank’s ICAAP and Recovery Plan, ensuring alignment with APRA prudential standards and regulatory expectations. Design and deliver enterprise-wide stress testing frameworks, including scenario design, model development and interpretation of outcomes to inform capital planning and strategic decision making. Present capital and liquidity insights to Executive Committees and the Board, supporting strategic balance sheet decisions. Develop and maintain liquidity analysis and metrics, including Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR) capability. Ensuring strong governance, documentation and alignment across capital, liquidity, ALM, FTP and forecasting frameworks. Providing technical leadership, coaching and knowledge sharing within the Financial Analytics team. About you To be successful in this role, you will bring strong technical capability, sound judgement and the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders. You will also demonstrate: Significant experience in financial institutions, with strong knowledge of balance sheet management, capital, liquidity and financial risk management. Proven experience leading ICAAP, capital management, stress testing or balance sheet risk frameworks within a regulated financial institution. The ability to design, interpret and explain complex financial models, stress testing outcomes and risk frameworks. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to translate technical analysis into clear insights for non‑technical audiences. Well developed communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with confidence working with Executives and senior leaders. A proactive, risk‑aware mindset and commitment to continuous improvement and professional development. Qualifications Tertiary qualification in Finance, Business, Economics, Actuarial Studies or a related discipline is essential. Postgraduate or professional qualifications (CA, CPA, CFA or similar) and relevant industry memberships are desirable. A workplace for you to be you.
