We’re looking for a Digital Business Analyst who loves solving real customer problems and thrives in fast-moving, design-led digital teams. You’ll work closely with Product Owners, Designers, and Engineers to shape ideas, clarify problems, and turn customer insights into delivery-ready work. This role suits a BA who is comfortable with ambiguity, enjoys visual collaboration, and is skilled at guiding teams from discovery to delivery. What You Will Do: Facilitate discovery sessions to understand customer problems before jumping to solutions Work closely with Designers and Product Owners using artefacts like Figma prototypes, journey maps, and service blueprints Run story mapping workshops to define MVP scope and delivery sequencing Translate insights into clear user stories and acceptance criteria in Jira and Confluence Collaborate daily with engineers, designers, and testers to ensure requirements are clear and customer-focused Support Agile delivery including backlog refinement, sprint ceremonies, UAT, and releases What You Will Bring: Experience as a Digital Business Analyst delivering customer-facing digital products Strong experience working in Agile environments Ability to turn design artefacts (Figma, journey maps, personas) into actionable requirements Strong facilitation and stakeholder alignment skills Experience using Jira and Confluence Ability to bring structure and clarity to evolving problems Nice to Have Experience working on large-scale digital platforms Exposure to modern delivery toolchains (GitHub, Jira, Confluence, Figma) Understanding of front-end, back-end, and API impacts
