Senior Analyst – Collections Insights & Analytics Location: Melbourne | Business Unit: Customer & Technology | 12 months Contract daily rate We are looking for a Senior Analyst to join a Customer Data & Insights team of a major project. You will analyse collections data , uncover insights, and help drive initiatives to increase revenue, minimise cost, and improve the customer experience across multiple markets. Key Responsibilities: Provide subject matter expertise on c ollections data, processes, and systems. Build and enhance data structures, ensuring governance and integrity. Apply analytics, predictive modeling , and machine learning to support decision-making. Develop visualisations and dashboards using Tableau or similar tools to tell clear data stories. Lead projects to improve Collections processes and drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with stakeholders and support data migration, integration, and reporting initiatives. Key Requirements: Extensive experience with SQL , ETL tools (e.g., Dataiku), and high-volume data analysis . Proven ability to communicate complex quantitative insights clearly to stakeholders. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills in ambiguous environments. Learning mindset, attention to detail, highly motivated, and driven to deliver high-quality analytics. Preferred: Experience with Python , Snowflake , or similar, and building predictive analytics .
