End-to-end deal exposure About Our Client This is a high-impact position working closely with senior leadership, with responsibility across the full investment lifecycle - from deal sourcing through to execution, portfolio management, and exit. The role offers significant exposure to investment strategy and the opportunity to directly influence performance outcomes. Job Description Deal Origination & Execution Identify, source, and evaluate new investment opportunities aligned with the firm's strategy Lead financial modelling, valuation analysis, and investment structuring Conduct detailed due diligence across financial, commercial, legal, and operational aspects Prepare and present investment papers to internal committees and senior stakeholders Lead negotiations and support transaction execution Portfolio Management Actively manage and monitor portfolio investments to optimise performance and value creation Work closely with management teams to drive strategic, operational, and financial improvements Track key performance metrics and provide regular reporting to internal stakeholders and investors Support exit strategies, including trade sales, refinancing, or IPO processes Stakeholder & Investor Engagement Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including investors, advisors, and industry participants Contribute to investor reporting and fundraising initiatives where required Represent the firm in external meetings and industry forums Strategy & Leadership Contribute to the development and execution of investment strategy Mentor and support junior team members (Analysts / Associates) Drive continuous improvement in investment processes, governance, and reporting The Successful Applicant Proven experience in funds management, private equity, infrastructure, real assets, or investment banking Demonstrated track record of executing transactions and managing investments Strong financial modelling and valuation capability Deep understanding of deal structuring, due diligence, and investment lifecycle Experience preparing investment committee papers and presenting to senior stakeholders Tertiary qualification in Finance, Economics, or related discipline CFA, CA, or equivalent highly regarded What's on Offer End-to-end deal exposure - from origination through to exit High level of autonomy and influence within a growing investment platform Direct access to senior leadership and decision-making Opportunity to shape investment strategy and portfolio performance Strong long-term career trajectory within a high-performing team Competitive remuneration performance-based incentives (bonus / carry potential)
