A leading awning and commercial umbrella provider in Perth for 15 years, we require someone to fulfill an administrative role for our office and showroom in Welshpool. The position would suit someone who is well organised, well presented and self motivated. You will need to be able to multi-task and have excellent communication skills with a comprehensive understanding of written and spoken English. Main responsibilites will include: Managing customer and supplier orders Processing Quotations Assisting Managers Invoicing Answering and managing phone calls Updating social media platforms General Office duties Multi-tasking across computer programs Communicating with production team Liaising with customers and suppliers Experience with accounting programs (preferrably Xero) Experience with Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge of photoshop a bonus The position is Monday - Friday with an 8am start This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to excel and grow with the company to become an integrated team member.
