Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement & Service Excellence Deliver excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and other channels Communicate proactively with internal and external customers, providing updates on shipments, delays and key order information Sales Enablement, Quoting & Pipeline Support Prepare accurate, high‑quality quotations, complete timely follow‑ups and manage the full order lifecycle Provide reliable product, pricing, delivery and technical information Build strong, productive relationships across AFL’s customer base Order Fulfilment, Coordination & Data Accuracy Maintain accurate customer and order data and support administrative tasks Develop and maintain strong product knowledge through ongoing learning Support project bid processes as required About You You take pride in delivering great service, enjoy supporting customers and sales teams, and feel confident working with detail, data and fastmoving priorities.
