About the Position We are seeking enthusiastic and passionate Pickleball Umpires to join our team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality officiating by applying a strong understanding of pickleball rules, while confidently managing groups of players in a structured and professional manner. You will use your organisational and communication skills to maintain game flow, provide clear direction, and ensure sessions run smoothly. Reliability and availability across selected session times are essential. Previous experience in pickleball umpiring or sports coordination is desirable; however, candidates with transferable skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. Session Times: Tuesday, Thursday & Friday mornings Wednesday evenings About you You are an approachable and community-minded individual who enjoys creating welcoming sporting environments. You naturally support new participants, facilitate smooth player rotations, and assist with match scheduling to keep competitions on track. With a fair and impartial approach, you are confident umpiring games and promoting a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable atmosphere for players of all abilities. Organised and dependable, you contribute positively to the team and help foster a culture of respect and sportsmanship.
