Job Description Elastomers Australia are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Branch Coordinator to join the team based in Perth. The ideal candidate will provide generalist administrative support across the branch, demonstrate exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to navigate various day-to-day tasks. Duties Provide general administrative and office support, maintaining overall organisation - serving as the first point of contact for all visitors to the branch Assist in the collation of and checking of payroll information in line with Company requirements Collate and submit Service payroll documentation including leave applications and timesheets into Payroll systems Provide ad-hoc project support (i.e. timesheets, personnel attendance, invoices, branch management tasks) Cordate meetings, including agendas, minutes / notes and follow-ups Organise staff events, gift cards, and team refreshments as required Assist with ordering stationary, organising catering and booking travel requests Manage incoming phone calls in a friendly and efficient manner and greet visitors at Reception Requirements Demonstrated experience in an administrative or similar role Proven ability to deal with change while maintaining exceptional organisation & Autonomous and self-motivated with exceptional attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) Proactive problem solver with a ‘can-do’ attitude Advanced communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to liaise at various levels within the organisation Benefits Great team environment Stable and successful business Ongoing training and development opportunities Internal referral incentives and other incentives Diversity & Inclusion At Elastomers Australia, diversity and inclusion are part of our DNA.
