About the role Cropline Pty Ltd is seeking a full-time Reception & Administration Officer to join our team in Welshpool. This role offers a steady, structured position within a supportive office environment. As the first point of contact for the business, you will manage reception responsibilities while providing consistent administrative support across Payroll, Accounts, Finance, HR and Operations. This position suits someone who values routine, takes pride in accuracy and reliability, and enjoys being a dependable part of a team. What you'll be doing Acting as the first point of contact for the business, maintaining a professional reception presence Managing incoming calls, enquiries and visitor coordination Providing administrative support across Payroll, Accounts, Finance, HR and Operations Assisting with payroll support, timesheet coordination and documentation preparation Supporting accounts tasks including invoice processing, reconciliations and data entry Assisting HR with onboarding documentation and employee record maintenance Supporting Operations with documentation and compliance administration Maintaining accurate records and ensuring systems remain organised and up to date Providing team coverage to ensure continuity of business operations What we're looking for Demonstrated experience in reception and administrative roles Experience assisting across payroll, accounts or finance functions Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Reliable and consistent work habits Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general business systems A practical, steady approach to work Someone who values long-term employment and contributing as part of a stable team What We Offer At Cropline Group, we value consistency, teamwork and long-term contribution.
