About Us Coota Girls Aboriginal Corporation (CGAC) supports the healing, wellbeing, and self-determination of Survivors of the Cootamundra Domestic Training Home for Aboriginal Girls (1912–1969) and their families. Our work is culturally grounded, trauma-informed, and Survivor-led. We deliver healing programs, provide practical support, advocate for systemic change, and create safe spaces for truth-telling, dignity, and intergenerational healing. About the Role We are currently looking for an experienced Office and Keeping Place Administrator to join our team. Key duties will include: Ensuring efficient daily operations of the CGAC office and Keeping Place Welcoming visitors and maintaining a culturally safe and respectful environment Managing office supplies and liaising with property managers and service providers Coordinating Board and staff travel arrangements Maintaining secure physical and digital records management systems Responding to public enquiries, including requests from Survivors, descendants, researchers and community members Supporting compliance with ORIC, ATO, ACNC and other regulatory bodies Maintaining governance registers, compliance calendars and required documentation Assisting with financial administration including credit card reconciliations and supplier invoices Liaising with external financial service providers Coordinating IT providers to support office systems and data security Supporting the CEO in maintaining sound administrative and operational systems Undertaking other duties required to support governance and operations
