We are partnering with a leading global architecture and design practice to hire a detail?focused Document Controller. This role is central to ensuring the smooth flow, accuracy, and integrity of project documentation across complex, multidisciplinary design teams. You’ll support the delivery of high?profile architectural projects by maintaining robust document control processes and enabling clear, efficient communication between internal and external stakeholders. Roles and Responsibilities • Manage, organise, and maintain project documentation using established document management systems (e.g., Aconex, BIM 360, Newforma, or similar). • Ensure all documents comply with project standards, naming conventions, and version control requirements. • Coordinate the receipt, review, and distribution of drawings, reports, specifications, and other project deliverables. • Track document workflows, approvals, and revisions to maintain accurate audit trails. • Prepare and issue documentation packages to clients, consultants, and contractors. • Manage incoming and outgoing transmittals, RFIs, and project correspondence. • Conduct regular audits of project folders and systems to ensure accuracy and compliance. • Support project teams by providing guidance on document control processes and tools. • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to maintain consistent communication channels. • Provide administrative support to project managers and design teams as required.
