I am currently recruiting 2 Contracts Administrator positions for a speciaialist remedial contractor specialising in heritage projects across Sydney. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate, offering the chance to grow within a professional and dynamic project environment. Key Responsibilities Draft and manage subcontract agreements, ensuring clarity and compliance Create and manage purchase orders and commitments within Procore Establish internal job budgets and align tender pricing with project systems Monitor contract compliance and project documentation Manage variations, claims, and extension of time requests Support financial oversight, including progress claims and subcontract payments Identify and mitigate contractual risks Maintain accurate contract records and registers Act as a key point of contact for contractual matters About You Minimum 2 years’ experience in contracts administration in a constrcution environment Strong understanding of construction contracts and subcontract management Experience with Procore or similar project management systems Ability to interpret complex contractual documentation Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and problem-solving capabilities Understanding of NSW construction industry standards What’s on Offer Temp-to-perm opportunity with career progression Exposure to diverse and high profile construction projects Collaborative and professional working environment Competitive hourly rate (negotiable based on experience) SCR-emma-mulligan
