You will manage a diverse caseload across intensive, low-intensity, and Post Placement Support (PPS) streams, balanced to reflect complexity and funding requirements. You will work closely with participants to build confidence, communication, and employability skills through tailored one-on-one coaching and integrated group programs that incorporate recovery-focused interventions. This role requires strong organisation, accountability, and a commitment to supporting participants’ progression in line with departmental and deed requirements. Experience Requirements: Proven experience in career counseling, human resources, or a related field Ability to provide one on one career coaching Qualification and Other Requirements: Certificate 4 in Mental health, or related field or willingness to work towards.
