About the Role: Due to continued growth, we are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Service Administration Team. As part of our team, you will be: Communicating with customers to coordinate delivery schedules. Building strong, lasting relationships with builders and supervisors. Scheduling production timelines and coordinating deliveries. Assisting with order processing and invoicing tasks. Is well-organized with excellent time management and prioritization skills. Handles busy periods with ease, remaining calm under pressure. Pays attention to detail and ensures follow-through on tasks. Communicates clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally. Is competent with Microsoft Office and comfortable using computer systems. Follows processes and adopts a systematic approach to work.
