With state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in Melbourne, Geelong, and Brisbane, they continue to expand and are now seeking motivated Production Workers to join their team. About the Role We’re looking for reliable and enthusiastic people to work in the production of prefabricated timber house frames. No previous experience is necessary — all training is provided . This is a fantastic opportunity to build a career in timber manufacturing. Morning Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:11pm Afternoon Shift: Monday – Friday, 2:00pm – 10:11pm Night Shift: Sunday - Thursday, 10:00pm - 6:11am Pay Rates Morning Shift: $31.19 per hour (plus overtime when available Afternoon Shift: $34.93 per hour (plus overtime when available) Night Shift: $38.67 per hour (plus overtime when available) What You’ll Be Doing Operate hand tools and machinery, including nail guns, saws, tape measures, and hammers Build prefabricated wall frames and roof trusses Pick and prepare timber and hardware orders Conduct quality checks on finished products Strap and prepare completed jobs for site delivery Count stock and select appropriate timbers for production About You Enjoy hands-on, practical work Physically fit and capable of repetitive manual handling Positive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills Interest in timber or construction a bonus, but not required Reliable and available for full-time ongoing shifts Apply Now If you’re ready to start a long-term role in the prefab timber industry with excellent pay and training, click APPLY now.
