This is a hands on role where you will be part of a dedicated team producing high quality food products enjoyed by everyday Australians. Key Responsibilities Preparing ingredients for production according to specifications Operating production machinery and equipment Ensuring products meet all quality control and regulatory standards Strictly following hygiene sanitation and food safety procedures Accurately completing production records and documentation Working Hours Monday to Friday: 6am to 230pm Overtime as required To be successful in this role you will Be willing to complete a medical screening and police check Be punctual, reliable organised and committed Have sound knowledge of HACCP GMP and food safety standards Be proficient in reading and writing English with the ability to complete production records clearly and accurately Demonstrate discipline care and attention to detail Strictly follow SOPs policies procedures and WHS regulations including consistent use of PPE Thrive in a fast paced production environment Have good physical stamina and be able to stand for long periods Be able to lift up to 30 kg and stand for up to 4 hours at a time Show initiative self motivation and a strong commitment to product quality Hold valid working rights in Australia $26.78 per hour overtime superannuation Casual position with opportunity for permanent employment
