This is an outstanding opportunity for a driven Account Manager to reset relationships, rebuild momentum and unlock significant upside. You’ll inherit an established portfolio of customers, with clear priorities across a core group of top tier accounts that are ready for renewed focus and commercial leadership after a period of neglect. Reporting the Sales Manager, you’ll operate as the face of the business across the region, re-engaging existing customers while identifying new opportunities that strengthen market presence. Success in this role comes from understanding customer needs deeply, offering practical, value-driven solutions and executing a disciplined territory plan. Over the first six months you’ll embed yourself with customers and internal stakeholders, take full ownership of quoting and pipeline activity, and deliver early revenue traction. About you You will be a career driven and commercially savvy Account Manager who enjoys autonomy and accountability. You will bring experience managing and growing customer portfolios in an industrial focussed B2B environment, with the confidence to have meaningful commercial conversations and the curiosity to understand technical requirements. Relationship building comes naturally to you, but you balance it with structure, CRM discipline and a clear focus on outcomes. You’re energised by turning underperformance into opportunity and want a role where effort, strategy and follow-through directly translate into results. You are self-motivated and are comfortable working in an autonomous position from the field / home office.
