About the role As a Client Services Manager at TorFX, you’ll be the trusted point of contact for your own portfolio of clients, building strong relationships and making sure they feel supported every step of the way. Each day, you’ll help clients navigate their international money transfers with confidence, whether that’s answering questions about a transfer, assisting with account updates, or troubleshooting any technical issues. Above all, your role is about delivering genuine, responsive service and creating a smooth, stress-free experience for every client interaction. More specifically, you will: Work within an experienced team to achieve sales objectives, consistently developing your knowledge through teamwork and collaboration Facilitate currency transfers for your portfolio of clients, Assist clients in utilising our online and digital platform services Be proactive in identifying opportunities within your portfolio Provide and uphold an exceptional level of customer service About you We are looking for someone with:.
