We are on the lookout for an Account Manager to join our high-performing commercial team. Reporting directly to Head of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in managing and expanding our customer portfolio while driving sustainable revenue and gross profit growth. About the Role As an account manager, you will be responsible for managing key customer relationships across our contact manufacturing portfolio. You will act as a primary commercial point of contact for your portfolio, ensuring exceptional service delivery while identifying and securing new business opportunities. Key responsibilities Manage and grow existing customer accounts to maximise retention, satisfaction and long-term value. Handle your own portfolio of Clients and be a direct contact for them for all communication. Prepare, negotiate, and manage customer quotations, contracts and commercial agreements. Manage multiple new and existing projects at the same time ensuring timely responses and actions. Proactively generate and qualify new leads to expand the Client portfolio expansion. Achieve revenue and gross profit targets through strategic account planning. Collaborate cross-functionality with operations, quality, production, R&D and supply chain teams to ensure project delivery. Support strategic initiatives as directed by Head of Sales. Strong commercial acumen with a demonstrated track record of driving revenue and growth Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills. Results- driven, proactive and effective time management.
