Reporting to our Sales Estimating Manager, you would be an integral member of our operations department. About the Role As a Junior Estimator, you will effectively assist the Sales Estimating team and the overall business with Estimating administration tasks while learning Coral Homes processes and procedures. Key responsibilities include: Assist the Sales Estimating team with quote ordering and scheduling. Obtain quotes and prices for variations Prepare tender documentation including all supportive documents and preliminary items Maintain quality checks of all documentation to ensure accuracy and clarity Effectively and accurately review documentation for variations Review Covenant documentation Manage client and staff enquiries Estimating administrative duties The successful applicant will possess the following: Some experience with a residential builder is desired Solid problem solving skills, strong attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office Trade or tertiary qualification in a construction related discipline is highly desired Excellent interpersonal/communication skills, both verbal and written Highly analytical with a strong ability to problem-solve Strong organisational skills with the ability to work to deadlines Able to work autonomously and as part of a team Why work with us?
